Introduction to Quality Assurance Testing (QAT)
The Quality Assurance Testing (QAT) team is responsible for ensuring that software products and systems meet the required UKHSA quality standards before they are released.
We offer consulting services to programmes, with the primary objective of promoting early-stage testing adoption and providing comprehensive support throughout project initiation. Our team collaborates with programs at every stage, to deliver high-quality products and services by offering testing and test assurance services
Capabilities
The QAT team assists UKHSA programmes in:
- Test Assurance Services: This is a mandatory service for all initiatives where the QAT team assure all test delivery by internal and external delivery teams is carried out to UKHSA standards. The primary objective is to provide comprehensive support and consultancy services to programs from project initiation to closure, providing assurance of all the testing completed and issuing assurance reports to senior stakeholders.
- Test Delivery Services: Actively involved in delivering comprehensive testing solutions, including key Quality Assurance and Testing (QAT) services such as:
- Test Management
- Test Automation
- Functional Test Delivery (integration, system and end-to-end testing)
- Non-functional testing (performance and operational acceptance testing)
- Accessibility testing
